Lexi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, where she earned dual majors in Accounting and Personal Financial Planning. She began her career in Phoenix, Arizona, as an auditor with CliftonLarsonAllen, specializing in health care audits. During her three years with the firm, she gained experience in Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits, financial statement audits, HUD programs, and single audits for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
In the fall of 2024, Lexi returned to Midland and joined Astrike Financial PLLC. She is currently serving as Associate Financial Advisor. As part of her ongoing professional development, Lexi has successfully passed both the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 examinations. She is also a graduate of Leadership Midland’s 2025 class.
Outside of her professional responsibilities and community involvement, Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, staying active through running and recreational sports, and pursuing interests that include reading, traveling, fishing, and hunting.
